Sudha S Srivastava FRSA is an award-winning international speaker, leadership advocate, and expert in gender equality, education, and sustainable development.
With over two decades of experience working across academia, civil society organisations, and international policy platforms, she has dedicated her career to advancing opportunities for women and girls through education, leadership development, and sustainable societal change.
Sudha is the Founder and CEO of Smart Sustainable Solutions, an organisation focused on advancing responsible leadership and sustainable development initiatives. She also serves as Managing Director of Opal Group of Companies, bringing together experience from both social impact and corporate leadership.
Her work is rooted in the belief that education is one of the most powerful tools for achieving gender equality and sustainable development.
Sudha has participated in and contributed to global platforms addressing gender equality and development, including the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, the UN High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, and other international initiatives focused on advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of London and an MPhil in Politics and International Relations from the University of Delhi, graduating as a Gold Medallist for Academic Excellence.
Sudha is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and serves as G100 England Region Chair for the Sustainable Development Goals.
